Answer: The SteamCloud Mini Vape has a fixed voltage setting that is not adjustable, however it is designed with the oil vaper in mind, so you can expect a very pleasant experience.

Answer: When the interior red charging light has turned off it means that your SteamCloud Mini Vape is fully charged and ready to use!
5. What can I put in the SteamCloud Mini Vape?

For your convenience, the SteamCloud Mini Vape can be charged with a micro USB cable that plugs directly into the device. Follow the steps below to learn how to properly charge your SteamCloud Mini Vape:
Step 1: Plug the USB charger cable that is included into a power source. (Computer, power bank, wall charger, etc.)
Step 2: Next, plug the micro USB end of the charger into the micro USB port on the side of the SteamCloud Mini Vape.
Step 3: Unplug the SteamCloud Mini Vape from the USB charger when the red interior charging light on the device has turned off.

1. My SteamCloud Mini Vape Will Not Turn On:
Solution A: Ensure that you have successfully charged your device. For the best charging results, please use the USB charger provided with the SteamCloud Mini Vape.
Solution B: To properly power the device on, you MUST rapidly press the POWER button 5 times in a row. Do not hold the POWER button down as that can trigger the auto-shut-off safety feature.
2. My SteamCloud Mini Vape Will Not Charge:
Solution A: The SteamCloud Mini Vape offers a convenient Micro USB Charging System to keep you happy and vaping all day long. We recommend using the charger provided with the kit. Double check that you are properly connected to your power source and that the micro USB end of the charger has been fully placed in the SteamCloud Mini Vape.
Solution B: Overcharging can drain the battery life over time giving you a low level charge each and every time you plug in your device. Be sure to unplug your SteamCloud Mini Vape as soon as it has reached a full battery charge. Avoid leaving it to charge overnight.
Solution C: Once your SteamCloud Mini Vape has reached a full charge, the red internal charging light will turn off. Be advised that there will be no indicator light to reflect a full battery. If you do not see a red light turn on inside of the device, it may be that your battery is already charged. You can check this by powering your SteamCloud Mini Vape on. (Quickly press the POWER button 5 times in a row)
3. My SteamCloud Mini Vape Is Only Producing Light Vapor:
Oil vaping is not like inhaling other substances or materials. By design, it should not create a lot of smoke/vapor. With that being said, the number of puffs taken in rapid succession combined with the amount of time you heat the oil can drastically change how much vapor you exhale.
The SteamCloud Mini Vape operates at a single voltage level that is not designed to create massive amounts of vapor upon exhalation, although you can achieve that by holding the power button for long periods. You can also consider some of our other variable voltage vaporizers for heavier vapor output.
If you find that the vapor is too little or nonexistent, you may want to check that there is a reliable and solid connection between the battery and the oil cartridge. You can do this by gently pressing down on the cartridge to guarantee full contact between the two components.
4. My SteamCloud Mini Vape Will Not Take My Cartridge:
The SteamCloud Mini Vape is designed to work with any 510 thread skinny oil cartridge. Any other size or shape may not be compatible with the device and might require additional accessories or a different vape entirely.
