Steam Cloud Vapes accepts returns on all unused products within 20 days of the delivery date as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was sent. After the product has been returned we can offer a refund, store credit or replacement product.
We are not able to accept any returns for products that have already been used. Please inspect all items prior to use and reach out right away if you suspect any potential defect. For any products that experience a manufacturing defect within the first 60 days, we offer replacements free of charge after the product has been shipped back and verified.
